Augusta National Damage

The Augusta National has requested Arbor Guard, the Atlanta company that handles a large portion of the tree work at the National, to send five crews immediately and be prepared to stay through April. Chairman Billy Payne reported no major damage to the course, yet the request is an indication the there is more than likely more damage than is being let out. Arbor Guard has eight crews total in Atlanta, so it is a significant amount of manpower. Why would the National be hush hush about the state of the course and grounds? What a silly question. The NSA could learn a thing or two from these gentlemen.
