AUGUSTA, GA. - “I love working here. It has flexibility with my schedule and it allows me time to work with my son, who has autism,” says Addie Hays. Working with her 10-year-old son has allowed her to use her degree in education; while at work at Ruth’s, she has the opportunity to surround herself with devoted co-workers. In the future, Addie would like to have her own beach shop.
