AUGUSTA, GA - The bluesy rollicking sound of Connor Christian & Southern Gothic is stunning.  Full of variety, "90 Proof Lullabies" has a little something for everyone.

For fans of pop music, “Sunday Suit” sounds like ‘70s Elton John while the hip-shaking swagger of “It’s Alright” reminds of the Black Crowes. Still, other tracks like “Waiting for Princess” jazz up a country sound with some pop flavor. Strangely enough, the Flogging Molly Irish jig of “Chipping Away” is not out of place on this album. “Time by You” is a little outlaw country tune, something for those fans of Hank Junior, Willie and the gang. Connor Christian also does a convincing version of Brewer & Shipley’s “One Toke Over the Line.”

"90 Proof Lullabies" delivers both the anticipated country sound often associated with southern musicians but also kicks the rules out the window. He reinvents what it means to have multiple influences in a band.  The fusion of modern country, bluesy soulful rock and upbeat pop music give Connor Christian & Southern Gothic a new sound not matched by many other artists.

Having traveled the world, sold quite a few CDs, and just generally made a name for themselves, Connor Christian & Southern Gothic touch a real live wire with their new album.
